Control Panels
A.B. Electrical Wires, Inc. designs and manufactures industrial control panels for a variety of functions. Utilizing various types and classes of panels our panel expertise spans motor control centers, relay-based, industrial automation, programable logic controller or even simple HMI (Human-Machine Interface) panels. Building control panels to a customer’s specifications we can deliver a turn key panel or provide the amount of completeness agreed upon. As a small company we can employ parts purchased by a customer or use our purchasing power to lower your cost by A.B. Electrical Wires purchasing the parts managing our OEM contract pricing. Whether you need 1,000 UL508A industrial control panels or one simple Type 1 wall mounted pushbutton station, our high and low volume capabilities will give you the product expected on time.
Pushbuttons
Pushbuttons come in a variety of forms, being installed in a wall-mounted enclosure (See Control Panels) or hanging from a cable drop. A cable drop provides a manner to send a signal to a controlling device apart from standing at the controls. The ergonomic design of the push button station makes it comfortable and easy to handle. The included cable provides desired length for versatile positioning of the push button station. The construction of the pushbutton cable drop ensures ongoing performance and reliability. The pushbutton cable drop can include the same pushbutton components mounted to a control panel: Emergency stop, selector switches, potentiometers, normally open, normally closed, 1 through 5 speed buttons, joystick control and much more.
Cable Assemblies
Cable assemblies perform countless purposes. A.B. Electrical Wires, Inc., being a UL/CSA certified harness assembly shop, we produce these to reduce installation time with our control panels or provide these as an end product to our customers. Cable assembles are fabricated with various connections and strain reliefs. Assembled to provided drawing or specifications we can provide: NEMA, Pin and Sleeve, Military Connectors, Data and Communication, Ribbon or Coaxial assemblies just to name a few. We stock many of the standard multi-conductor cable types for quick turnaround. If provided with higher volume opportunities, stocking your cable requirement to ensure on time delivery is an option.
Wire Harnesses
Wire harnesses are utilized in nearly every application requiring electricity. High voltage welding and load centers to low voltage sensors and indicator lights all function using wire harnesses. A.B. Electrical Wires, Inc. being a UL/CSA certified wire harness shop, has invested in opportunities to produce high quality harnesses with efficiency. Supplying millions of wire harnesses across the globe we have tooling and many standard terminals in stock. We are competent in simple wire jumpers with solder dipped ends or a complex harness comprising of automotive connectors, diodes, resistors, ultrasonic welding, loom and water proof heat shrink. In addition, if your application requires 100% testing, we can incorporate this with documentation for quality compliance.
